The Nugget café is located south of Westhaven Inlet in the scenic Kahurangi National Park and Mangarakau Wetlands Reserve and just a stroll away from the Kahurangi Outpost Backpackers accommodation.
The café offers good coffees, teas and homemade snacks. All day breakfasts are served as well as light meals.
We are open seasonally starting with weekends only from Labour Day until Christmas and then 7days till the end of January. We continue opening weekends until Easter. Hours are generally between 10 and 5. It’s advisable to check the GB Weekly for days and hours or ring 03 5248051 if in doubt.
